Heather Earl, ERYT teaches a variety of classes and workshops in the Boise area.  With over ten years of teaching experience and vast professional trainings in a variety of yoga modalities, she offers classes, workshops, retreats and private yoga and Pranassage® sessions for a unique personal yoga experience. 


Heather offers regular Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes as well as sports specific flexibility for athletes programs.  As a lifelong athlete, she brings a unique yogic perspective to her sports training programs.  As a former track and swim coach, she infuses breathing, flexibility, strength and focus into her yoga for sports program. 


Her classes, workshops and private sessions are uniquely tailored to support and enhance your ever changing lifestyle.  They are constantly evolving and growing to meet each students unique yoga journey.

Bring you spouse, partner or friend to this fun, interactive workshop. Learn how to give hands on assists to help your partner experience a deeply relaxing and nurturing Yin experience. You will be guided to give gentle hands on assists to move energy, open up blocked areas of the body and realign muscles and bones so you feel more balanced and aligned. Pranassage is a synthesis of Yoga postures and Bodywork designed to allow the receiver to move deeply and passively into yoga postures, with the aid of gravity and hands on assists.


Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
